Working from home and hosting
Corporate life now includes video calls across time zones. Both villa types include a media room and a first-floor family lounge, four bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and attached toilets, a private lift and a service room with toilet. A late-night call from a closed media room does not disturb the household as it might in an apartment. Private backyards give outdoor space for visitors; the proposed clubhouse has a multi-purpose hall and a coworking area, planned, not yet built.

- Ask about shuttles first. Many large employers run Sarjapur Road routes; confirm pickups near Varthur Road.
- Negotiate core hours. Some firms allow 10 am to 6 pm cores that ease peak traffic.
- Metro, later. The Outer Ring Road Blue Line is under construction, with press reports in August 2026 pointing to 2027; it will not reach Gunjur.

If you have only a weekend, split it. Saturday morning: visit the site and the plans, and ask for the price sheet. Saturday afternoon: drive to your office address and back, and note the time. Sunday: visit two of the schools above and ask about current admissions. Sunday evening: compare notes with your partner and decide whether to proceed, wait or rent first. This sequence uses the time well and avoids buying on enthusiasm alone.
Finally, keep your documents in order: employer letters, relocation terms and any loan pre-approvals take time to assemble, and they matter once you move from an expression of interest to a booking.
