Location is the one thing you cannot change after you buy a villa, so it deserves the most scrutiny. NVT Whispering Hues is in Gunjur, on the eastern side of Bengaluru, in the stretch between Varthur and Sarjapur. This guide gives you the address, drive times we measured on Google Maps, the developer's own indicative times where they differ, and a realistic view of what the numbers mean. Address and map pin
The Google Maps pin for NVT Whispering Hues reads Ramnaikanahalli Road, Hegondanahalli, Chikkavaderapura, Karnataka 560087, at 12.901594, 77.750882. That is the Gunjur belt, between the Varthur and Sarjapur corridors.

Two sets of numbers, and why they differ
We have two sources. Google Maps times were measured from the pin on Saturday evening, 17 October 2026, in evening traffic. The developer's sales presenter gives its own indicative times with no stated method.
Where they differ, we show both. The gap is often large, particularly for anything that needs Varthur Road or Sarjapur Road. Every Google figure below is labelled "Google Maps, Sat evening Oct 2026; varies with traffic", and a weekday peak could be slower still. Use the times to rank places by closeness, then drive the route at your own hour.
Schools right next door
The nearest schools are a few minutes away on local roads, and the Google Maps times back up the developer's claim of a school-friendly address. Several of them are 1.3 to 2.7 km from the pin.

Schools further out, such as Chrysalis High in Varthur (14 minutes) and TCIS Whitefield (12 minutes), need the Varthur Road route. Admission is a separate process with its own rules, so a nearby address is not a guarantee of a seat. IT parks and workplaces
The commute picture is the honest trade-off of this address. Wipro SEZ and RGA Tech Park are within about 30 minutes, while the Outer Ring Road and Whitefield parks are 40 minutes or more on the measured run.

Wipro's Sarjapur Road corporate office at Doddakannelli measured 42 minutes, so check which Wipro campus you actually mean. If you travel to a distant park five days a week, test the route at your commute hour before committing. A hybrid schedule changes the maths. Hospitals
Medical care is further away than schools. The Eye Foundation, a specialist eye hospital, is 14 minutes away; a multi-speciality hospital is a longer drive.

Malls and everyday shopping
Confident Square Mall and Forum The Prestige City are the closest malls, at about 21 and 23 minutes on the measured run, longer than the developer's 12 and 16.

Reference points around the project
For orientation, Google Maps gives Gunjur village 11 minutes, Dommasandra Circle 14 minutes and Whitefield about 46 minutes (9.7 km, via Varthur Road). Kempegowda International Airport measured 2 hours 5 minutes (56.3 km) in that evening traffic.
