NVT Whispering Hues, formerly marketed as NVT Codename A Life in Bloom, is a gated villa community by NVT Quality Lifestyle. Karnataka RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/121026/009009 was approved on 12 October 2026. We checked it on rera.karnataka.gov.in on 18 October 2026. The filing covers 62 villas on 7 acres 16 guntas (29,946 sq m) at Sy. Nos. 71/3–71/8, Halasahalli Thippasandra Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban.
The filing gives a proposed completion date of 31 August 2031. There is no separate promised handover date. Some listings quote a different villa count, a different price or say RERA is not applicable. The number to search is the one above, on the Karnataka RERA portal, not a portal summary.
The project is at Expression of Interest stage. The EOI amount on the September 2026 price sheet is ₹5,00,000. A site-visit request does not reserve a villa.
Villas, land and the names of the place
Bluebell is sold as a 5 BHK: 4,432 sq ft built-up on 2,368 sq ft of land, east or west facing, on a 32 by 74 foot plot, basic price ₹6.80 Cr to ₹7.05 Cr. Carnation is a 4 BHK: 3,750 sq ft built-up on 2,112 sq ft of land, north facing, on a 32 by 66 foot plot, basic price ₹5.96 Cr to ₹6.21 Cr. East-facing carries 5 percent and a corner 10 percent. Other charges and statutory charges are extra.
Both plans are three floors. Every villa is planned with expansive skylight, private terrace, private backyard, balcony for every bedroom. The project is sold as villas with their own land. It does not publish a drawing that labels a shared side wall. If a comparison calls the format a townhouse, the check is the sanctioned plan, not a third-party label.
The place is in Gunjur, off Whitefield–Sarjapur Road, also called Varthur–Sarjapur Road. The map address used on this site is Ramnaikanahalli Road, Hegondanahalli, 560087. The RERA village name is Halasahalli Thippasandra, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk. Use one of these and add "also called" for the others, rather than treating them as different projects.
