Privacy notice

What we collect. When you request a site visit we collect your name, mobile number, optional email, preferred date and time, and the villa you are interested in.

Why. Only to contact you about your site visit and your enquiry about Whispering Hues. Submitting the form is your consent for this purpose (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

Who receives it. Your request is stored securely with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and emailed to the project’s sales team. We do not sell your data.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example page views and whether a form was submitted. These do not receive your form details. We use Google Consent Mode: advertising storage is always off, and for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics storage is also off by default.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by calling or messaging +91 80509 73051.
