Most buyers who search for the NVT Whispering Hues brochure want one of two things: a quick look at the villas, or a document they can show a spouse, parent or bank. Both are reasonable. This guide explains what the project's brochure material contains, what it does not, and how to ask for the latest version. It also suggests how to read it critically, because a brochure is a sales document first. For the full project picture, see NVT Whispering Hues.
What the brochure material covers
The project's sales material runs through six areas, from the developer's credentials to the villas and their surroundings. Together they give a fair first impression, though not a verified one.
| Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Developer story | Background of NVT Quality Lifestyle, its scale and its projects over time |
| Design principles | A list of ten stated priorities, from green-first master planning and day lighting to waterproofing and superior finishing |
| Location | Maps and indicative drive times to schools, hospitals, IT hubs and malls |
| Master plan and visuals | Artistic impressions of the entrance, streets, lawns, clubhouse and gardens |
| Villa plans | Floor plans for Bluebell (east and west) and Carnation (north) with plot and built-up areas |
| Amenities | The proposed clubhouse and outdoor list |
Our guides go deeper on each: the floor plans, amenities, master plan and location.
What it does not tell you
A brochure at this stage leaves out the things that decide whether a purchase is safe. Three gaps matter most.
First, there is no Karnataka RERA number. Our RERA guide explains why and how to verify one when it exists. Second, there is no possession date; see the possession date article. Third, the brochure material does not give a price or EOI terms. Those come from the separate price sheet, dated 25 September 2026, which sets tentative basic prices from ₹5.96 Cr to ₹7.05 Cr and an EOI of ₹5,00,000. Walk through them in our price breakdown and payment plan guide.
Also missing are the total number of villas, plot-wise availability and a full specification list for finishes and fittings. Ask for those separately.
How to request the brochure
The simplest route is WhatsApp. Message +91 80509 73051 and say which documents you want.
A good message names three items: the current brochure, the latest price sheet and the floor plans for the villa you prefer. If you want a printed copy or a walkthrough, say so. You can also ask at a site visit, which you can book at /#visit. A site-visit request does not reserve a villa.
What you receive depends on what the team has approved for sharing, and the version may change as the project moves towards registration. Always note the date on any document and ask whether a newer one exists.
How to read a brochure critically
A brochure is written to persuade, so read it like an auditor.
- Renders versus plans. Images labelled as an artistic impression show intent, not the finished result. Look for the label.
- Distances. The drive times are indicative and the developer's own. Time them yourself.
- Amenity lists. Every item is proposed. Ask which are in the first phase.
- Built-up area. The figures of 3,750 and 4,432 sq ft are built-up, not carpet. Our explainer on carpet area versus built-up area shows the difference.
- Claims without a source. If a growth or appreciation figure is not attributed to an independent source, discount it.
Using the brochure to compare
A brochure is most useful side by side with others. Take the same set of facts from each project you are considering: land area, built-up area, price per sq ft, amenities, RERA status and the developer's delivery record. Our comparison framework lists the fields, and the best villa projects in Bangalore guide explains how to shortlist.
If you want an independent view of the developer, the about the developer page lists NVT's timeline, and a visit to a completed community will tell you more than any brochure.
Next step
Message +91 80509 73051 on WhatsApp with the three items above, or book a visit at /#visit and ask for the documents in person.
