Prestige Tech Park is a multi-phase office cluster on the Sarjapur-Marathahalli side of the Outer Ring Road, and a regular reference point for anyone searching villas near Prestige Tech Park. One caution first: the Google result we measured from NVT Whispering Hues is the access road, not a specific building. So the figure of about 39 minutes and 10.9 km (Saturday evening, 17 October 2026) is approximate. The developer's own indicative time is also about 39 minutes. See villas near IT parks on Sarjapur Road for the other campuses.
What Prestige Tech Park is
Prestige Tech Park is not one building but a group of towers and phases, with blocks sold or leased under names such as Tech Platina and others. A broker guide describes four phases and twelve towers on about nine acres, but I could not verify that against Prestige Estates' official site, and acreage varies by source. A broker listing for Tech Platina Block 2 shows a building size of about 4.57 lakh sq ft. Broker guides list companies such as Cisco, JP Morgan and Oracle in the broader area, but these are not verified tenant lists for Prestige Tech Park. Ask your employer which block and gate you use.
The practical consequence: "Prestige Tech Park" is a neighbourhood of office towers, so your own drive depends on which block you go to.

It sits next to the Embassy TechVillage and Cessna cluster, a few minutes apart. Our readings put Cessna at about 38 minutes and Embassy at about 42, so Prestige falls in the middle.
Route and slowdowns
You follow the Sarjapur Road corridor to the Outer Ring Road, then along it. Expect the same pinch points as other Bellandur-side destinations: the build-up through Kaikondrahalli and Haralur, and the junction with the Outer Ring Road. We did not time those individually. Gate queues are the final hurdle: ask colleagues which gate to use.
Alternatives and timing
- Shuttles and cabs. Large tech parks have shuttle ecosystems; ask HR whether routes cover Varthur Road.
- Stagger the day. Of all variables, start time matters most.
- Metro. The Outer Ring Road Blue Line (Central Silk Board to KR Puram) is under construction; Swarajya reported in August 2026 that completion could slip into 2027. A future station near the campus would be a bonus for the final leg only. Check BMRCL for station names.
- Combine errands. If you work in the Marathahalli side, your return leg can include shopping on Sarjapur Road rather than a separate trip.
Reverse commute: not a major benefit on this route.
How Whispering Hues fits a Prestige Tech Park employee
If you are comfortable with a 40-minute drive on good days and more on bad ones, the home you get is the draw: private backyard, terrace, a media room and a family lounge. Hybrid schedules suit this home best (see villas for IT professionals in Bangalore). Schools are very close (Greenwood High about 2 min, TISB about 3, Inventure about 6; Google Maps, October 2026).
If your weekdays are fully on-site and you start early, consider properties nearer Marathahalli, giving up space for time. The location page and Bellandur tech parks comparison help weigh this.
Prices are tentative at ₹5.96 Cr to ₹7.05 Cr (price sheet, 25 September 2026), excluding other charges and taxes. The project is at EOI stage; RERA number and possession date are not yet published. Book a visit at /#visit or WhatsApp +91 80509 73051.
Make the approximate number precise
Because our pin was the access road, do the last step yourself. Ask your HR or a colleague for the block name and gate, put it into Google Maps as the destination, and compare the result with 39 minutes. If it is within five minutes either way, you can treat our number as a guide. If it is more, trust yours. This takes three minutes and is worth doing before any EOI.
Because the cluster has several towers, a commuter heading to one block may find a different approach faster than the one Google chooses for the access road. Ask colleagues at your tower for the local route, and record the best and worst times over a week. That gives you a truer basis than any single reading.
