Villa buyers sometimes ask how far Whispering Hues is from "Market Square Mall". We tried to answer it properly on 17 October 2026 and could not. Google Maps, asked for "Market Square Mall", resolved to Mantri Square, which is a different mall in a different part of Bengaluru, so we did not record a drive time. Rather than invent a distance, this page says what we found and what we could not, then points to shopping options we did verify. It is part of our guide to villas near malls on Sarjapur Road.
What the sources say
Market Square turns up in passing in developer and portal content. A Lodha project page lists "Market Square Mall" together with D Mart, Decathlon and Myhna Square as retail hubs roughly 25 minutes from its Sarjapur Road project. A Godrej Properties guide to Sarjapur says the area is close to malls like Forum Neighbourhood and Market Square. A Sarjapur shopping overview lists Total Mall, Market Square Mall and Central Mall together. None of these gives an address, an opening date or an operator, and Anarock's January 2025 micro-market report on Sarjapur Road does not list it at all.
That is not enough to publish a location, tenant list or distance. If you have an address for it, send it to us and we will measure the drive.
What we are not going to say
We do not state a rating, anchor store, cinema or parking for Market Square because we found no reliable source. The same applies to any claim that a Market Square Mall is "near Whispering Hues". If a sales brochure or an agent uses that phrase, ask for the exact address, then check it on Google Maps against the Gunjur site (Ramnaikanahalli Road, Hegondanahalli, 560087).

How to verify a mall name before you trust it
Do three quick checks. Search the exact name on Google Maps and read the address, not just the pin label. Compare the review count: a mall with real footfall usually has hundreds of reviews. And look for a recent photo or post from the mall itself. A name that returns only portal text and no map entry is a warning sign.
Also treat distance claims such as "5 minutes from the mall" with care on this road. A short distance can still mean a long drive on a busy evening, as our Saturday figures show.

If you know the mall
It is possible that a Market Square exists, perhaps under another name or as a small retail block that has not made it into map data. If you have visited it, we would like the address and the nearest landmark. Our approach would be to measure the drive from the Whispering Hues pin on a Saturday evening, as we did for the others, cross-check the Google listing and then update this page with the tenant mix and parking notes. Until then, the honest position is that we cannot place it, and neither should a buyer without checking.
What this means for a villa decision
If a mall name is central to your decision, verify it before the EOI. Whispering Hues is at the EOI stage and a site-visit request does not reserve a villa.
