What the EOI stage means for Whispering Hues buyers
Whispering Hues is at the Expression of Interest (EOI) stage: you can register interest and visit, but a site-visit request does not reserve a villa, and price, EOI amount, RERA number and possession date should be confirmed in writing.
What it means
At the EOI stage the developer gathers interest before formal sales. Registering interest and booking a site visit are the first steps; the team explains the current EOI terms and project updates. A site-visit request is subject to confirmation and does not reserve a villa.
What to ask before you register
- The EOI amount, whether it is refundable, and on what conditions.
- How allotment works and how villa type and facing are prioritised.
- The price and payment plan for your preferred villa, with a written breakdown of all charges.
- RERA registration status. The current material has no RERA number; verify it on the Karnataka RERA portal once issued.
- Approvals, sanctioned plans and the expected possession schedule.
Make payments only to the developer’s company account against a receipt, and keep copies of every document.
